Darshan Timings & Festivals
The devasthanam opens its doors daily for nitya poojas performed according to Shaiva Agama vidhi. Come, receive the Swamy's darshan and participate in the sacred sevas.
Timings may vary on festival days and special utsavams. Devotees are advised to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled darshan.

Rathotsavam — Annual Chariot Festival
Brahmotsavam
The grandest annual utsava of the devasthanam — nine days of elaborate sevas, rathotsavam, and the sacred procession of the Swamy through the village.
Shivaratri Mahotsavam
All-night jagarana with continuous abhishekam, Vedic chanting, and deepa aradhana. Devotees observe upavasa and seek the Swamy's blessings through the sacred night.
Karthika Deepotsavam
The entire month of Karthika is celebrated with daily deepa aradhana, special abhishekam, and the lighting of thousands of diyas on Karthika Pournami.
Navaratri Utsavam
Nine nights of Devi worship with special alankaram for each day, Saraswati Pooja on Ashtami, and Vijayadasami celebrations.
Rathotsavam
The sacred chariot procession — the Swamy is taken in a decorated rath through the streets of Thummalapeta, accompanied by Vedic chanting and devotional music.
Annadanam Mahotsavam
Mass annadanam — sacred food offering to thousands of devotees as an act of seva. Sponsoring annadanam is considered one of the highest forms of daana.
